Once you are a customer we will provide you with several pre-paid mailers that can be used to safely transport your handpieces to our workshop.

INSERT - Place your handpiece into the pre-paid mailer.
SEAL - Safely secure your handpiece within the mailer and include contact information.
SEND - Give the mailer to your postal carrier and your device is on its way to our workshop.

Our technicians will run diagnostic tests on your device to evaluate the problem, checking all functions (including bearings, chuck, air leaks, water leaks and clogs.) We will contact you to discuss our recommendations and provide an estimate for our services. We strive for a 24 - 48 hour turnaround from when the device reaches our workshop.
